Sweet and Savory Crostini
Sweet and savory light bites with a topping of superfoods for a boost of energy and protein is just what these crostinis will deliver!
1 1/2 cups
salt & pepper eggs with pesto
mixed berries with pineapple jelly
Old London® Wheat Melba Toasts
Whip 1 1/2 cups of cottage cheese in your blender or food processor. (You can also substitute with goat cheese, cream cheese or any other base for layering that you prefer).
This will make enough for 2-3 dozen crostinis.
Spread an approximate tablespoon of schmear onto each crostini.
Layer with toppings and enjoy.
