Spinach Avocado Dip

A creamy, delicious snack dip that’s loaded with three incredible superfoods.

  • 2 avocados (seeded and peeled)
  • 8 oz. spinach
  • 1 garlic clove (minced fine)
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 cup tomatoes (chopped)
  • salt and pepper for taste
  • 1 5.25oz. box Old London® Wheat Melba Toasts


Add avocados, spinach, garlic, lemon juice and cumin to a blender or food processor. Pulse on high until all ingredients are incorporated. Season with salt and pepper. Mix in chopped tomatoes and serve with Old London® Melba Wheat Toasts. Recipe by: Angie McGowan of http://eclecticrecipes.com/
