Shrimp Ceviche Everything Flats

Dazzle your taste buds with this acidic concoction that is perfect for summer!

  • 1 lb. medium shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 Tbsp. Salt
  • 3/4 cup lime juice
  • 3/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup red onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 serrano chile (minced)
  • 1 cup cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 cucumber (peeled and diced)
  • 1 avocado (peeled and diced)
  • Old London ® Everything Flatbread


Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil and slightly cook cleaned shrimp for 1-2 minutes with the 2 tbsp of salt. (The rest of the cooking process will be done with the acidity of the limes). Drain the shrimp and add all ingredients except for the avocado into a glass bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour and add diced avocado into the mix. Top the JJ Flats with the ceviche and enjoy!
