Fig & Goji Berry Snacks

Re-energize your body with this perfect workout snack. It combines the wholesome goodness of our whole grain Melba Toast with the energizing properties of goji berries and potassium enriched figs.

  • Main Ingredient: Ricotta cheese


  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • Old London ┬« Whole Grain Melba Toast
  • 3 rehydrated figs
  • handful dried goji berries


In a food processor, combine the ricotta cheese with the granulated sugar. Spread onto the Melba Toast, and top with slices of fig and goji berries.
