Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 box Old London ® Everything Flatbread
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded; additional 1/4 cup for garnish)
  • 1 chicken breast (shredded and cooked)
  • 1 10.75 oz. can Cream of Mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen chopped broccoli (defrosted)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Process two pieces of Flatbread until they appear to look like fine bread crumbs. In a non-stick baking dish, combine the processed Flatbread pieces, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, the shredded chicken breast, the one can of Cream of Mushroom Soup, and the 1 and 1/2 cups of chopped broccoli.
