Sweet and Savory Crostini

- Sweet and savory light bites with a topping of superfoods for a boost of energy and protein is just what these crostinis will deliver!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- Wheat Melba Toast
- Medium pear
- Roquefort cheese
- Walnuts
- Salt and pepper eggs with pesto
- Mixed berries with pineapple jelly
Directions

Whip 1 ½ cups of cottage cheese in your blender or food processor. (You can also substitute with goat cheese, cream cheese or any other base for layering that you prefer.)
- This will make enough for 2-3 dozen crostinis.
- Spread approximately a tablespoon of schmear onto each crostini.
- Layer with toppings and enjoy.
