- A delicious shrimp salad with chives and artichoke hearts, on top of a crispy Sesame Melba snack. What could be more appetizing?
- 10 ct cooked shrimp
- 1/4 cup light sour cream
- 1 tbsp green onion (or chives)
- 1/4 cup jarred artichoke hearts
- 1 box Sesame Melba Snacks
- Mix the above ingredients and spoon onto Old London® Sesame Melba Snacks.
- Keep chilled until ready to eat.
