Lemon Dill Hummus

- A zesty, low-sodium treat that is the perfect complement to your favorite Old London® Melba Snacks. Add a cucumber slice on top and serve!
- 1 1/2 cup chickpeas
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1 box Roasted Garlic Melba Snacks
- 1 cucumber
- Put chickpeas, lemon juice, dill, garlic, cumin and turmeric in a blender. Blend briefly until creamy.
- Use immediately or store in the refrigerator. Serve with Old London Melba Snacks and thinly sliced cucumbers.
