  • Re-energize your body with this perfect workout snack. It combines the wholesome goodness of our Whole Grain Melba Toast with the energizing properties of goji berries and potassium enriched figs.


  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • Whole Grain Melba Toast
  • 3 rehydrated figs
  • 1 handful dried goji berries


  1. In a food processor, combine the ricotta cheese with the granulated sugar.
  2. Spread onto the Melba toast, and top with slices of fig and goji berries.
