Cinnamon Wheat Toast

- A quick and easy dessert snack that packs perfectly in your lunch bag.
- Combine butter, brown sugar and cinnamon in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 10-15 seconds until butter is melted. Mix the mixture together.
- On a baking sheet, place Melba toasts 1 inch apart. Drizzle the sugary mixture on top of the the toasts and pop into a 250-degree oven for 5-10 minutes.
