Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado
- 7 Grain Flatbread
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 tomato, sliced
- Feta cheese
- Alfalfa sprouts
Directions
- Start by lightly mashing the avocado in a bowl. Break Old London® 7 Grain Flatbread into desired size.
- Spread avocado onto the flatbread and top with alfalfa sprouts, sliced tomato and crumbled feta cheese, and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste!
